1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.
  • Expedited order handling is not available unless explicitly mentioned during a promotional period.

2. Shipping Locations and Delivery Partners

  • Selphira currently ships only within India to verified and serviceable PIN codes.
  • In cases where the delivery location is non-serviceable, the order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
  • We partner with reputable third-party logistics providers. Selphira reserves the right to change the delivery partner at its discretion, based on service availability and location.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or operational issues.
  • These timelines do not account for public holidays or regional lockdowns.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email and/or SMS.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier’s system.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates and ensuring someone is available at the shipping address to receive the delivery.

5. Failed Deliveries and Re-Shipments

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated customer unavailability, or delivery refusal, the order will be returned to origin (RTO).
  • Re-shipment of returned orders will be initiated only after the customer repays the applicable shipping fee of ₹80.
  • Customers with repeated failed delivery attempts may face account restrictions or cancellation of future orders.

6. Address Modifications and Cancellations

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order has been confirmed.
  • Order cancellation requests must be made by email to support@selphira.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation is not guaranteed after the order has been processed or dispatched.

7. Exceptions and Delays

  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays or national public holidays.
  • Orders placed during peak seasons, festivals, or major sale events may experience longer processing and delivery times.

9. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
